  • Yes, we strive to meet the needs of each one of our customers. Pre-purchase of kilometres is available at the time of booking.

  • Supercars and high-end luxury vehicles depreciate much in value with high km usage and have exorbitant costs in maintaining them. However, rest assured we do offer our customers the option of pre-purchasing kms at reasonable rates.

  • A professional camera can be made available to take photos. Photos will be edited and can be uploaded for your convenience.

  • Some but not all of our self-hire vehicles require the driver to be of a minimum age. However, please send through an enquiry and we’ll try and help you out the best we can.

  • We constantly monitor BOM weather radar and in the case of bad weather we will reschedule and offer a refund if need to be.

  • Item descriptioWe love to reward loyalty. Any of our repeat customers such as corporate clients do receive discounts of up to 10% on future bookings.

  • Your safety is our first priority. Our drivers have years of experience with a clean driving record. They hold appropriate Operator Accreditations with QLD Transport for the transportation of passengers, so rest assured.

  • A holding deposit of 50% is required to hold a booking due to high demand. Deposits are fully refundable in case of cancellations made 7 days prior to the booking date. However, if a cancellation is made less then 7 days of the booking date, 50% of the deposit is forfeited in full. Self-drive opted options also require a deposit before the car may be taken and is immediately refunded upon return of the car: subject to the vehicle being returned in a satisfactory condition.

  • All of our vehicles have 24 hours 7 days weekly priority roadside assistance. Details will be provided upon collection of the vehicle.

  • It is the responsibility of the hirer to advise the staff of such cases upon returning of the vehicle. If an unpaid toll or fine notice is received it will incur a $120 administration processing fee.

  • No, but the car should be returned in a neat and tidy condition. All vehicles will be given to the customers in a clean condition. However, if the car is deemed to be in a dirty condition either exterior and/or interior upon return, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged.

  • You will receive a full tank of fuel upon collection and must return with a full tank of fuel with all bookings made.

  • Yes - if you have an international license or license from another country you can rent from us.

  • No.

  • When a minimum of 50% of the total hire amount is paid as a deposit, alongside checks of licenses and other requirements are met.

  • All self-drive hires necessitate a credit/debit card hold before the vehicle keys are handed over. The specific amount varies depending on factors such as the car's value, potential repair/maintenance costs, the driver's age, driving history/previous rentals, and the overall conduct during the rental process. The deposit is refunded once the vehicle is returned without any incidents.

  • Over the years, we have discovered that our unique business and insurance model aligns seamlessly with the calibre of vehicles we provide. Regrettably, this realization has often come through challenging experiences, particularly in cases involving underbody impact damage and other mechanical issues not easily detectable through our standard visual inspections. We trust you appreciate the necessity of implementing these precautions.

    While we perform a thorough cosmetic inspection upon the vehicle's return, it's important to note that certain damages may only become apparent shortly after, for instance, during subsequent washing or driving of the vehicle. We understand the importance of addressing these unforeseen issues promptly and are committed to ensuring the ongoing satisfaction of our valued clients.

  • Certainly! We take pride in offering convenient services to our customers.

    We provide delivery options, including hotel/home delivery and transportation to both Brisbane and Gold Coast Airports. For specific charges, please feel free to enquire.
